Spiritual regeneration
Spiritual regeneration = shedding any constricting thoughts and step into more freedom to love, love anyone and yourself through any place you go… I used to resist regeneration because it meant getting rid of vices I loved … not true. The vices are exactly that, vices, something that holds you in the same place unable to move back or forward.
